Why join us?

Pharmacy Support Roles

As a Pharmacy Dispenser, an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician or a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll listen and advise customers on over the counter medicines, help patients to manage their prescriptions and support the whole pharmacy team with the efficient running of the dispensary.

When you join us in one of these roles, we will provide you with continuous professional development, alongside the support and training you need (some of these roles require you to have achieved a relevant professional qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council in order to apply).

Healthcare Support Roles

We are reimagining healthcare at Boots to create a more personalised customer experience and make healthcare more accessible for all. To support this ambition we have some exciting new roles within our Healthcare teams:

Our Healthcare Sales Assistants are our in-store health and wellness ambassadors providing advice and product recommendations to our customers, and our Healthcare Services Nurses play a key role in providing Boots in-store healthcare services, offering holistic advice and exceptional patient care.

We are proud to be supporting Our Future Health, in partnership with the NHS, the UK’s largest health research programme designed to develop new ways to prevent, detect and treat diseases and health conditions. As part of this programme, we are recruiting Phlebotomists to join our teams to greet research volunteers, take health measurements and venous blood samples (phlebotomy).
