Customer Service Advisor Jobs
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling call and email queries from customers and store colleagues, where you will listen, understand and support them, through to resolution. This could be helping them with anything from Boots.com, Advantage Card or Healthcare services queries.
From day one, you’ll receive dedicated training and ongoing support from our training team and mentors to ensure you have all the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
