We specialise in all areas of creative – from design and copy to motion graphics and creative production. Each day we oversee a variety of projects for some of the UK’s most iconic beauty brands, with our teams collaborating on everything from campaign development and photoshoots to SEO-led articles and product packaging.

The B-Hive is an integral part of Boots’ wider marketing team. We operate as part of the business, meaning we know the company values, identity and long-term goals like the back of our hands. This deep brand knowledge means we can provide greater consistency and strategic creative work for our clients. Speaking of, our clients are our colleagues here at Boots and No7 Beauty Company. Having these direct relationships means we can create personal connections with stakeholders, paving the way for faster and more effective feedback and more valuable collaboration.

We know it’s a cliche – but it’s true that no two days are the same in the B-Hive. As a creative, your time will be spent working across our many projects. You might be crafting punny headlines, developing striking visuals or animating social graphics. If client services, operations or project management is more of your thing, you’ll be liaising with our clients to oversee briefs, organise timelines and support our creative teams with ideation.

Our team is currently made up of over 75 creative brains. And we’re still growing!

We specialise in all areas of creative – from design and copy to motion graphics and creative production. So we’re looking for a number of creative roles, including Client Managers, Designers and Copywriters.
