We specialise in all areas of creative – from design and copy to motion graphics and creative production. Each day we oversee a variety of projects for some of the UK’s most iconic beauty brands, with our teams collaborating on everything from campaign development and photoshoots to SEO-led articles and product packaging.

We know it’s a cliche – but it’s true that no two days are the same in the B-Hive. As a creative, your time will be spent working across our many projects. You might be crafting punny headlines, developing striking visuals or animating social graphics. If client services, operations or project management is more of your thing, you’ll be liaising with our clients to oversee briefs, organise timelines and support our creative teams with ideation.

Our team is currently made up of over 75 creative brains. And we’re still growing!
