If you don’t have any previous optical experience or qualifications you could join us as an Opticians Retail Assistant and we’ll provide you with all the training you need to kickstart your new optical career.
When you join us in one of our Optical Assistant jobs or Dispensing Optician jobs we will provide you with the training and support you need to continue with your development, plus with so many opportunities to move into different roles across the business, from management, to field-based or the Support Office, this could be the start of a great career.

We offer our own in-house training called Step in to Optics. Step into Optics consists of four virtual sessions, two face to face practical training days and self-led e-learning modules. Step into Optics is available for team members in Retail Assistant, Optical Consultant and Team Leader/Management roles.
