About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Boots, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing exceptional pharmacy talent across some of the UK's most competitive recruitment markets.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll act as a trusted partner, providing market insight, talent intelligence, and innovative hiring solutions to support our workforce plans.
This is a proactive sourcing role where you'll utilise headhunting, networking, and talent mapping techniques to engage both active and passive candidates, building strong pipelines for current and future vacancies.
You'll be passionate about delivering a first-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the Boots values and strengthens our reputation as an employer of choice.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our TA team, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of pharmacy vacancies in your region.
  • Proactively source and headhunt talent in challenging markets.
  • Building and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill locations.
  • Partner with your stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
  • Supporting Boots' employer brand and attraction initiatives across the healthcare market.

This is a highly proactive recruitment role requiring strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive candidates, creating robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Using a range of sourcing techniques and market-mapping approaches, you will ensure Boots remains competitive in attracting the very best pharmacy professionals.
