Our Business Resource Groups
Our Business resource Groups (BRGs) are here to support colleagues both personally and professionally. The purpose of the BRGs is to raise awareness and deliver education in order to build an inclusive environment, to create opportunities for networking and to support inclusion initiatives across Boots.
Pride Alliance
Pride Alliance UK exists to be a voice for our LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, + many more) colleagues, customers, and communities across the globe, partner with our allies, and promote a supportive and inclusive environment.
REACH
Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage UK (REACH) promotes racial equity across our business so that everyone can bring their true self to work. We celebrate the racial diversity of our team members and ignite their development to help progress their careers and to also better serve our communities.
Women of The Boots Group
We support women at all key life stages, championing gender equity by partnering with DE&I, other Business Resource Groups and our networks to create a sense inclusion and belonging for our team members. We continue to champion women into and in leadership positions across The Boots Group to reach their desired potential.
disAbility Alliance
The disAbility Alliance aims to build and support a culture of disability inclusion through education and awareness, hosting events and partnering with teams across the business to implement disability-focused initiatives to create a workplace in which colleagues with disabilities and long term-conditions can thrive.
Parents and Carers
This group aims to give parents, caregivers, and their allies a place for support, guidance, and advice throughout their career journeys. Being a voice for working parents and carers and help drive tangible change in the way we support colleagues across the business.
Environmental Sustainability
Environmental Sustainability is a community of like-minded individuals who all have a shared interest in sustainability. Whether you are just starting out on your sustainability journey or you’re wanting to do more, we aim to build knowledge around sustainability, increase awareness of environmental issues and enhance our business-related sustainability skills for ourselves, our business and our communities.
