What you'll be doing
As an Assistant E-Commerce Manager for ROI, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day trading of Boots.ie. Your expertise will help drive revenue, profit, and market share growth while enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure our digital offerings are optimised and aligned with customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day trading of Boots.ie to achieve revenue and profit growth.
- Act as the digital expert, understanding market drivers and conversion strategies.
- Deliver new product launches and execute the online trade plan.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective support for Boots.ie.
- Run analytics and AFO reports to assess promotion performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards for online trading.
- Support development initiatives and process improvements.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience.
- Understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in using data and insights to drive performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams.
It would be great if you also have
- A willingness to push boundaries and take calculated risks.
- Experience in managing product launches and sales plans.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics.
