What you'll be doing
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Boots’ UK health and beauty brand. Supporting the Brand Manager, you will help develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our customers. This fast-paced position offers ample opportunities for career development while ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of the market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of integrated 360° brand marketing campaigns across paid media channels.
- Drive seamless cross-channel marketing integration to create cohesive customer experiences.
- Partner with media teams to optimise campaign performance and maximise ROI.
- Manage campaign critical paths, budgets, and timelines efficiently.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Trading, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compliance and alignment with brand priorities.
- Support the development of insightful marketing reporting and define KPIs.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, including managing critical paths and budgets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to hold others accountable.
- A focus on maintaining creative excellence and brand visual identity.
- Experience in a retail or FMCG marketing environment.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience working for a retail own brand.
- Familiarity with customer insights and market trends.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
