What you’ll be doing
In this dynamic role, you will report to No7 Performance Marketing Manager and collaborate with a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional marketing strategies. Your contributions will help shape the future of our brand, ensuring we connect with our customers in meaningful ways.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales, aligned with business objectives and performance targets.
Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns on Meta, working with agency partners to maximise ROI through audience, creative and bidding strategies.
Support Affiliate Marketing programmes across platforms such as Awin and Rakuten, driving partner performance and revenue growth.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities and optimisation actions across channels.
Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies and platform partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Stay ahead of industry trends to inform innovative marketing approaches.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns within Google Ads.
Experience running Paid Social campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing platforms such as Awin or Rakuten.
Experience using SA360 and GA4 to monitor and optimise performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results.
It would be great if you also have
Experience using TikTok Ads Manager.
Background in e-commerce or retail.
Knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and feed-based advertising.
Knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.
Creative thinking and a flair for innovative marketing solutions.
