What You’ll Do

As a Change Manager - Digital, you will:

  • Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team, including Digital, Marketing, Stores, IT, and external partners.

  • Drive change management initiatives that support our Digital Transformation programme, Condor.

  • Engage stakeholders, assess change impacts, and deliver effective communication and training plans.

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and processes they need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has experience in Change Management within a medium to large organisation.

  • Is knowledgeable about Change Management methodologies and tools.

  • Can influence and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

  • Is an excellent communicator and collaborator, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
