What You’ll Do
As a Change Manager - Digital, you will:
Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team, including Digital, Marketing, Stores, IT, and external partners.
Drive change management initiatives that support our Digital Transformation programme, Condor.
Engage stakeholders, assess change impacts, and deliver effective communication and training plans.
Play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and processes they need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
Has experience in Change Management within a medium to large organisation.
Is knowledgeable about Change Management methodologies and tools.
Can influence and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
Is an excellent communicator and collaborator, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
