Relief Pharmacist
Boots are seeking a patient-focused Relief Pharmacist to join our pharmacy teams across the Dorset area.
As a Relief Pharmacist for Boots, you will:
- Gain confidence quickly.
- Experience different stores and different challenges.
- Receive flexible work patterns.
- Learn best practice to share with other stores.
- Build experience in delivering varied services.
- Experience different stores that work with care homes, GP’s etc.
- Encounter different management styles and staffing structures.
- Receive paid transportation at 45 pence per mile
You will be stationed across 2-3 store maximum, and we have a strong, dedicated planning team that will present your rota to you at least 6 weeks in advance.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work within busy service lead stores; you will have the support of experienced ACT's, dispensers, and pharmacy advisors, as well as strong retail management support teams, your Line Manager, and, committed Area Manager.
Although this is advertised as a full-time vacancy, part-time hours will also be considered.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
● Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
● Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
● A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
It would be great if you also have
● Experience in enhanced services
● A strong understanding of local clinical networks
