Yes, here at Boots we value your development, and your induction is very important to us. That’s why we provide double cover for the first two weeks. You will also have access to the Clinical Helpline, our Healthcare Academy Trainers, and our Employee Assistance Programme. You will be supported each day by an experienced pharmacy team and store manager.

Yes, we have a number of entry level positions such as Health and Wellness Sales Advisors and the Trainee Pharmacy Advisor role where full training is provided.

This is a customer-facing role, where you’ll have the opportunity to get to know our customers and help them feel good.

Whether you’re helping them find the perfect product, working behind the tills, stocking the shelves or supporting deliveries, you’ll help to creating a great shopping experience for our customers that will make them want to come back.
