What you'll be doing
As part of the Boots Health Hub team, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering trusted content that supports millions of customers on boots.com. Working at the heart of our advice-led digital platform, you'll be responsible for building and publishing content within our CMS platforms, ensuring the Health Hub delivers relevant, accessible, and high-quality advice that meets customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity to develop expertise across the end-to-end digital content journey, make a meaningful impact on the customer experience, and building valuable skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Create quality assets and pages using our content management system, in line with our Boots UI and UX guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve your briefs.
  • Ensure assets are following our digital style guide and the Boots Visual Identity, and fully integrated with marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the project management workflow tool to ensure all projects are delivered right first time, on time.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
CMS experience (Amplience would be ideal)
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and an ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of current design tools and software (in particular Photoshop).
  • A high level of production skill and attention to detail
  • You may be educated to degree level, or have an apprenticeship or craft training in copy, editorial, design or digital/web production, backed up by relevant experience
