What You’ll Do:
As the eCommerce Trading Lead for Hair, you will:
- Drive the day-to-day trading of our Haircare category on Boots.com, contributing to revenue and profit growth.
- Be the digital expert, using insights to enhance customer acquisition and conversion.
- Manage product launches and develop online trade plans that resonate with our customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our category is well-supported.
- Ensure legal and safe trading practices while delivering on KPIs.
Who You Are:
- We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in a commercial role, ideally within eCommerce or retail trading.A strong understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- A proactive mindset, ready to push boundaries and take calculated risks.
- Adaptability and strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
