What you’ll be doing
Acting as the gatekeepers of store workload, our team is responsible for ensuring that activity is planned, communicated and completed in the right way and at the right time. This role reports to the Business & Workload Planning Manager - working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders. In this role, you will:
- Maintain the store and user database within our digital task management platform (MyHub/Yoobic)
- Provide helpdesk support to store and field teams
- Process MyHub account requests (new joins, leavers and store and role changes)
- Build and scheduling tasks for store teams to complete
- Keep the MyHub platform in good order by maintaining a high level of housekeeping and taking backups
- Produce relevant task compliance data for various stakeholders and ensuring dashboards are up-to-date
- Monitor task deadlines and sending reminders to achieve 100% store completion
- Publish clear and engaging newsfeed posts, and weekly summary updates
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- High attention to detail and an eye for order and quality
- Excellent planning skills and ability to manage own workload
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with various teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word etc.)
- Willingness to learn and ability to work at pace
- Experience of working in Boots Opticians store
