Welcome to the Boots.com team! As a Digital Merchandising Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our online shopping experience. Join us in Nottingham, Beeston, where you’ll be at the heart of our growth plans, helping customers find the best Boots products, prices, and offers.

What you’ll be doing

In this exciting role within our Digital team, you will support the E-Commerce function by ensuring customers can easily locate and browse items. You’ll strive to optimise our website and app, using customer insights and market research to improve the shopping experience. You will report to and collaborate closely with various teams to drive our digital strategy forward.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilise multiple systems to create and optimise customer journeys.

  • Develop insights into customer shopping behaviours to enhance their experience.

  • Collaborate with the B-hive & E-Commerce teams on Brand Shops & Events.

  • Work with key stakeholders to prioritise E-Commerce initiatives.

  • Ensure timely completion and analysis of key activities for continuous improvement.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • A passion for E-Commerce and a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret data, particularly in spreadsheets.

  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Proficiency in process-based software and Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience with systems like Algolia, Management Centre, Amplience, Salesforce, and Salesforce MCP (training will be provided).
