As an Area Manager you will use your commercial, retail expertise to inspire and lead your team of store managers to deliver the company plan through driving high store standards to increase sales and profitability across both pharmacy and retail.
With your leadership team working across the stores in your area, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. You will make a difference to your community through guiding and coaching your teams to deliver the very best service across both retail and pharmacy.
Reporting to the Director of Stores and working collaboratively with the regional team, Support Office and your Store Leaders to turn your vision into action.
You will be required to travel across your Area to visit your stores regularly.
What you’ll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.
• Experience leading managers who lead large teams within a retail environment
• A full UK driving licence.
It would be great if you also have

• An understanding of leading teams in community pharmacy
• Experience leading teams across a multisite environment
