- Monday: 9am-7pm
- Wednesday: 12pm-10pm
- Thursday: 9am-7pm
- Friday: 9am-7pm
- Saturday: 6am-7pm
About the role
As a Pharmacy Technician your customer care will be really wonderful. It’s more than providing the medicine customers need it’s giving them a reassuring experience as a customer, it’s the little things that make a big difference, like a friendly chat. Using your expert knowledge and advice you’ll put our customers at ease. We’ve so many fantastic health services on offer, why not let our customers know about how they can benefit from them, by recommending how we can support them. It could be a small tip that makes all the difference. You will also:
- Support the Pharmacy team, as the first point of call for customer queries
- Drive items and services by building relationships with local doctor surgeries (GP’s) and practice teams.
- Get to know our customers and local communities – it can make such a difference to the way we do things.
- Inspire your team with your amazing customer care and attention to detail
- Share what you know with your team, it could make such a difference to someone.
- Pass on feedback, taking steps to improve our care even more. We’re so proud of the standards we have, and we want to look after our customers, so getting what they need is really important to us.
What you’ll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:
- Minimum 6 month's experience in working in a community or hospital dispensary or working in 'over the counter' healthcare.
- Have completed or be registered in a recognised Pharmacy Technician course in Ireland with knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical legislation and policies
- Passion for providing first-class customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team
