We are looking for candidates who will be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week.
This role includes evening shifts.
Exciting No7 Counter Manager role helping customers with skincare and beauty needs. You will be responsible for driving sales and inspiring and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets. With a love for makeup and skincare, you will delight in creating authentic relationships with customers, delivering a great experience and coaching your team to be the best they can be.

About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Store Manager or General Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Work with your regional manager to create business plans and drive in store promotions and No7 offers.
- Lead by example and inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets and goals.
- Get stuck in selling products and providing personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products.
- Ensure your team of advisors provides the best customer service and creates strong connections so that they keep coming back
- Create a vibrant and supportive working environment by nurturing relations with your store team, sharing knowledge and tips and celebrating individual and team success.
- Make sure your counter is always clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products
- Complete our award-winning 12- month Skin School development programme
- Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the No7 Brand – we’re proud of our heritage and the cutting-edge science and technology behind our products and we want you to be too.
What you’ll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.
- Management or team leader experience in a retail or customer service setting,
- Demonstrable experience working with business plans and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver against sales objectives
- Enjoy sales and selling - you will work alongside your team to meet your KPIs
- A passion for makeup, skincare and the No7 brand
- Comfortable approaching customers and applying make-up and skincare
- Able to communicate with a wide variety of people from your team to customers to regional and store managers
- Enthusiasm for your ongoing learning and development journey - the desire and motivation to expand your makeup and skincare knowledge and share this with customers is a must.

- Counter manager experience specifically
- Experience coaching teams and reviewing individual and team performance.
