Working as a No7 advisor is customer-focused and sales based. A typical day involves welcoming customers, building relationships, and providing personalised skincare and beauty consultations based on their individual needs. You act as a trusted advisor, helping people feel more confident in their skin.
At No7, we invest in your development. You’ll receive comprehensive training covering skin biology, ingredients, and makeup techniques, with opportunities for career progression within Boots and the wider No7 Beauty Company. You could take your next step as a Counter Manager or Assistant Manager, or explore a wide range of beauty adjacent roles both in our stores and support offices.
- No7 provides a comprehensive training programme for its advisors, combining both practical and theoretical learning. This includes their CIBTAC-endorsed Skin School, where advisors develop in-depth knowledge of skin health, conditions, and products, becoming certified skin experts.
- The training is delivered through a blend of online learning, in-person sessions, and virtual education conferences, ensuring advisors are continuously developing their knowledge and skills.
- In addition, No7 offers specialist training to become a No7 Macmillan Beauty Advisor, equipping advisors to support individuals experiencing the visible side effects of cancer treatment with care and sensitivity.
