Hours will range from 08.30-17.30
This is your chance to be part of something a bit different. You’ll help our customers feel good by giving them fantastic customer care and that’ll make you feel good. Making our customers feel better is what it’s all about. It’s everything from dispensing what they need, to your gentle advice that’ll put them at ease and you’ll let them know that you’re there for them. About the role

As a Dispenser your customer care will be really wonderful. It’s more than providing the medicine customers need it’s giving them a reassuring experience as a customer. It’s the little things that make a big difference, like a friendly chat. Using your expert knowledge and advice you’ll put our customers at ease. We’ve so many fantastic health services on offer, why not let our customers know about how they can benefit from them, by recommending how we can support them. It's small tips that makes all the difference. You will also:
  • Provide a fantastic, and personable service which keeps our customers coming back
  • Support the Pharmacy team, as the first point of call for customer queries.
  • Inspire your team with your amazing customer care and attention to detail
  • Share what you know with your team, it could make such a difference to someone.
  • Know our customers – it can make such a difference to the way we do things.
  • Pass on feedback, taking steps to improve our care even more. We’re so proud of the standards we have, and we want to look after our customers, so getting what they need is really important to us.

What you’ll need to have

These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.
  • Minimum 6 month's experience in working in a community or hospital dispensary or working in 'over the counter' healthcare.
  • Passion for providing first-class customer service
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
