What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will report to and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering care, confidence, and connection across the UK and Ireland. Your insights will help us connect with our customers in meaningful ways.
Key responsibilities
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign direction.
Assist in the creation of engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Support the team in executing campaigns from concept to completion.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
Proven experience in campaign analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for marketing.
Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.
It would be great if you also have
Experience in digital marketing or social media campaigns.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
A creative flair for content creation.
