What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will report to and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering care, confidence, and connection across the UK and Ireland. Your insights will help us connect with our customers in meaningful ways.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign direction.

  • Assist in the creation of engaging content that resonates with our audience.

  • Support the team in executing campaigns from concept to completion.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience in campaign analysis or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for marketing.

  • Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media campaigns.

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

  • A creative flair for content creation.
