What you’ll be doing

As a Regional Field Sales and Education Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our Beauty team. Your mission will be to drive sales and educate our teams on the latest beauty trends and products, ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programmes for beauty advisors to enhance product knowledge.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.

  • Conduct in-store demonstrations and events to engage customers.

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.

  • Foster strong relationships with store teams and external partners.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience in sales or education within the beauty industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for beauty and a desire to share knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to travel within your region.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in a training or coaching role.

  • Knowledge of the latest beauty trends and products.

  • A network of contacts within the beauty industry.
