Join the Digital Analytics team at Boots in Nottingham, where we’re on the lookout for an experienced Data Analyst to help us turn complex digital data into clear, actionable insights. If you’re passionate about shaping decisions and driving commercial outcomes, this is the role for you!

What you’ll be doing

As a key member of our Digital team, you will:

• Analytics Partner: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently representing analytics and shaping priorities.
• Insight to Action: Analyse digital and eCommerce data to identify drivers and opportunities, framing recommendations that lead to impactful decisions.
• Data Products & Storytelling: Develop user-friendly dashboards and champion storytelling standards to ensure insights are clear and actionable.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with eCommerce, Product, and Engineering teams to bridge the gap between analytics and decision-making.
• Advanced & Predictive Analytics: Apply advanced techniques to forecast performance and explore emerging tools to enhance efficiency.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Proficient in Power BI, DataBricks and Google Analytics
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a digital or eCommerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools and analytics software.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to work with cross-functional teams.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience with advanced analytical techniques and predictive modelling.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging analytics tools.
• A background in eCommerce or digital marketing.
