What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and executing CRM campaigns that resonate with our customers.

  • Analysing customer data to drive insights and improve engagement strategies.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.

  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimising for better results.

  • Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our strategies innovative.


What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience in CRM or digital marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimisation.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.


It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in the retail or healthcare industry.

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.

  • Creative thinking skills to develop engaging campaigns.
