This role is ideal for an experienced manager, particularly with a background in Pharmacy and large teams, who enjoys a varied, fast-moving environment and takes pride in leading teams to success.

Working alongside a team of over 300 colleagues, you’ll help create a positive, supportive environment where people can thrive, while delivering great results and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for an experienced manager, particularly with a background in Pharmacy and large teams, who enjoys a varied, fast-moving environment and takes pride in leading teams to success.
Our flagship stores have a broad customer offering across retail and pharmacy. Reporting to the General Manager and with a leadership team in your store to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.
You will keep up to date and inspire your teams to engage with new priorities across the business, including Pharmacy services and New Product Development launches. You will interpret data, trends and insights to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
You’ll be responsible for the performance and development of your team which you will deliver through regular coaching and reviews
What you’ll need to have

- Experience leading managers who lead teams within a retail environment
- Experience working within pharmacy.
