We’re looking for a Wellness Specialist to join our team in our brand-new beauty‑only store in Bristol. You’ll champion wellbeing at every touchpoint, helping customers discover routines and products that nurture both their lifestyle and their confidence.
On the shop floor, you’ll create empowering, personalised experiences — offering expert wellness advice, understanding individual needs, and recommending beauty‑aligned solutions that fit into holistic self‑care practices. From boosting everyday wellbeing to helping customers feel more balanced, confident, and informed, you’ll play a key role in their journey.
About the role
- Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you’ll support all wellness brands, offering expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience every time.
- You’ll use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic wellness solutions and products, including our in‑store and online services, referring to specialists where needed.
- This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role—you’ll use your sales and communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their unique wellness needs.
- This is a sales-based role, but success is shared as a team—there’s no competitive, performance‑based commission here.
- We take pride in our stores, so you’ll help keep shelves stocked, tidy, and looking their best throughout the day.
