As part of the Brand Growth team in No7 Beauty Company, you will will provide support to all strategic growth projects and overall plan management, ensuring they follow the relevant process within the defined governance framework.

What you'll be doing

Proactively working with a variety of stakeholders across all functions to ensure our projects are delivered on time, governed appropriately, and inspire others with a passion for being on the pulse with accurate management of information and attention to detail.

This role plays a key part supporting the success of multiple projects, delivering changes that support our growth plan, with a strong growth mindset a desire to develop project management skills and commercial knowledge, working closely with the growth programme and planning managers and growth function leadership team.

Key responsibilities

  • Owning the overall local cycle planning process, tracking key activities for OTIF delivery.

  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of the growth portfolio and relevant documents, ensuring key updates are captured and escalated to the project leads where needed.

  • Supporting with the reporting for and governance of all Brand Growth forums needed to support the approval of Innovation, Business cases, design, creative and comms plans

  • Supporting with the reporting for and governance of newly created processes needed to deliver our Brand Growth framework, from innovation and beauty tech planning to creative delivery

  • Manage the scheduling of key governance meetings, making sure content is prepared in time and signed off.

  • Ensure robust version control and structured digital filing for all key growth plan documents, reports and presentations.

  • Proactively assist the team with ad hoc tasks as they arise and support ad hoc activities that contribute to the successful delivery of growth plan initiatives and enable the growth programme team to achieve its objectives and overall vision.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Strong administrative and organisational capabilities

  • Project Management experience

  • Desire to learn and finesse project management skills and commercial knowledge

  • Keen to get involved and bring new ideas to the growth projects and plan

  • Great at building relationships - you will be collaborating with many stakeholders and functions at one time.

  • Numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail & data accuracy

  • Data and technology literate with a desire to utilise technology to simplify and streamline ways of working
