About the role
Welcome to Opticians Product team and the opportunity to join the biggest ongoing transformational project in Boots Opticians, the new Opticians Practice Management System. We are a small team but one that understands the importance of getting this right for our colleagues and our customers to bring a simple, more efficient way of working in our stores.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Training and Comms Lead of the Opticians Practice Management system will create internal communications and colleague engagement content. Support the update of training materials to incorporate ongoing enhancements and new functionality of the system. Their role will work cross-functionally, to produce communications and content in a timely manner to ensure business continuity supporting future business development strategies.
Key responsibilities
With line manager support, collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure communications are released in line with PMS releases.
Responsible for the creation of PMS store communication and colleague engagement content.
Use learnings from the testing to inform the training materials and communications for stores.
Support the update and creation of training materials.
Use the appropriate medium to help in the success of the communications.
Seek insights and feedback to ensure further successful delivery of communications.
What you'll need to have
Previous experience of working within the optical market or Boots Opticians store.
