About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Boots Quality team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, gathering, analysing, investigating and reporting customer feedback across a wide range of products. Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our products continue to delight our customers.
Reporting to the Consumer Complaints Manager within the Quality & Technical Services Team, the Analytics, Data and Reporting Technologist plays a key role in managing consumer feedback. This includes triaging, investigating, and resolving complaints in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards, while driving continuous improvement of Boots products. Exploring and utilising existing software to improve efficiency of data collection and analysis.
Key responsibilities
Gather and analyse & consumer feedback, highlighting trends and escalating issues where appropriate.
Triage, investigate, and respond to consumer complaints and product enquiries.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure investigations are conducted and outcomes are clearly communicated. This includes managing any necessary corrective actions identified.
Liaise with team members in our Safety and Regulatory teams to assess and address any potential safety or compliance concerns.

Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal—with strong teamwork and networking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage, organise and prioritise their own workload effectively.
Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, visualisation, and reporting to support decision-making and trend identification.
It would be great if you also have
Ideally, you'll bring working knowledge of Salesforce CRM along with a background or strong interest or experience working a product quality role or data analysis role.
