· Engagement & Communication: Work closely with warehouse teams, supervisors, and managers to gather requirements, communicate changes, and ensure solutions are practical and effective.

· Planning & Execution: Create clear and realistic plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure delivery of operational workstreams on time and within scope.

· Risk & Issue Management: Identify challenges early and work with stakeholders to resolve them quickly and effectively.

· Support Change Management: Help embed new ways of working by supporting training, user testing, and go-live support as changes are rolled out in the warehouse.

· Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, drive root cause analysis where needed, and feed insights into future planning and standards.

What you'll need to have

· Strong experience in a warehouse or logistics operations environment, with a track record of delivering change or improvement projects.

· Good understanding of warehouse processes, flows, and how operations really work on the ground.

· Confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels - from operatives to senior managers.

· Well-organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Comfortable using tools like Excel, Teams, SharePoint
