As an Assistant Proposition Delivery Manager, you will be at the forefront in ensuring the delivery of new propositions across the Healthcare Business Unit. Reporting into Proposition Delivery Manager, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of key customer propositions in store such as the evolution of Healthcare reinvention, including relevant rollout plans
Support with the development and implementation of store propositions such as optimising consultation space as part of our Modernising Property Portfolio programme
Take ownership of critical path elements, holding team members accountable to ensure key milestones are met
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and partners, and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on key decisions and effective two-way communication
Analyse the performance of propositions post-launch, making relevant adjustments and recommendations if needed
Use data analysis, insight gathering and market evaluation to ensure solutions align with customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives
What you'll need to have
A collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-skilled team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders
Ability to work at pace and managing multiple priorities with efficiency
Comfortable navigating change and responding quickly to new challenges, with openness to continuous learning and personal development
A proactive mindset to take initiative, seek opportunities and drive positive change
