About the role:
Sitting within the Loyalty Team, you’ll be responsible for leading the marketing plan for the jewel in Boots’ crown, the Boots Advantage Card. There has never been such an exciting time to join the team.
This role is based in Nottingham and is a fixed term vacancy until February 2026.
This L5 role reports into the Head of Boots Advantage Card and has a team of 2 direct reports. This role oversees and delivers all Boots Advantage Card initiatives to drive strong performance and customer experience.

- Lead the Boots Advantage Card marketing campaigns across the year across multiple channels
- Ensure optimal performance and customer experience across the year including events and offers
- Work closely with a wide range of cross functional teams including agency partners, squads, customer services, stores and tech dev teams to deliver a truly integrated experience
- Deliver automated comms experiences eg birthday triggered comms
- Be the champion for the Advantage Card customer in everything that we do
- Responsible for KPI performance
What you’ll need to have: (the candidates experience)
- Strong marketing experience and proven results. CRM experience is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
- A creative individual with a customer-first mind set
- You will need to be an excellent relationship builder with both internal and external teams and strong leadership skills. The ability to lead a team through change and complex scenarios is important
- Strong analytical skills
- An ability to see the bigger picture but also to analyse the detail and fix operational issues when they arise
- A marketing leader with strong proven experience of leading programmes and leading their own teams
