Key responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our 3PL partners to deliver key initiatives and drive performance against distribution KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for improved operational efficiencies and cost savings across transport and distribution.
  • Build strong, positive relationships across Logistics, our stores, and with key 3rd party providers.
  • Facilitate collaboration between 3PLs and other business functions, unlocking opportunities for joint initiatives and external benchmarking.
  • Manage and implement both strategic and tactical logistics projects from end to end.
  • Ensure projects are tracked, aligned with business goals, and delivered at pace.
  • Analyse data and develop robust cost/benefit cases to support informed business decisions.
  • Link logistics projects with wider initiatives across the business to ensure cohesion and consistency.

What you'll need to have

  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain, warehouse, and distribution operations.
  • Strong project leadership and contract management skills, including pricing negotiations.
  • Tactical and strategic thinking with strong short- and long-term planning abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on high-level insights.
  • A collaborative approach and a constructive mindset when challenging the status quo.
