What you'll be doing:

As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing front-line IT support to the Boots Online Doctor Team. Your expertise will help manage 1st and 2nd line technical issues, ensuring that our healthcare platform operates smoothly. You will also facilitate new joiner inductions and oversee device management tasks, making a significant impact on the efficiency of our IT operations.



Key responsibilities:


  • Manage 1st and 2nd line technical issues.
  • Provide support through our IT Support channel and handle incidents raised.
  • Conduct new laptop builds, account creation, and inductions for new joiners.
  • Oversee laptop device refresh schedules.
  • Process leaver requests and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with end users and stakeholders.


What you'll need to have (our must-haves):


  • Experience working in an IT environment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent non-technical communication skills.
  • Resilience in facing challenges and supporting team members.
  • Ability to document issues and resolutions effectively.


It would be great if you also have:


  • Previous Helpdesk experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Familiarity with Apple or Windows devices.
  • Experience with core applications such as Okta, Jamf, Atlassian, and Google Suite (training will be provided).
  • A desire to learn new skills and grow within the role.
