We have the capacity to recruit for this role on both a Permanent and Fixed-Term basis.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Manage the operational delivery of multiple maintenance contracts in line with our supplier management framework
- Hold suppliers to account for delivery of all contractual commitments; performance, commerciality and statutory compliance
- Carry out supplier performance reviews, driving value, service delivery and continuous improvement
- Build and deliver mobilisation and de-mobilisation plans for new and exiting contracts, including on-boarding new suppliers
- Provide expert advice and progress updates on your categories, advising on complex situations and category performance
- Work closely with the Commercial / Cost Management Team to govern category spend and identify savings opportunities
- Work closely with the Procurement Team to shape and support the tendering process from an operational perspective
- Point of escalation for persistent or significant contractual or service delivery issues for your categories
- Experience of managing multiple contracts / suppliers in a Maintenance / Facilities Management / Property environment
- Understanding of managing budgets and identifying and implementing opportunities cost savings and efficiencies
- Analytical skills – ability to analyse large and detailed data sets to identify trends and opportunities
- Able to present data in a compelling way – Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
- Experience in construction management, electrical or mechanical disciplines
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
