What you’ll be doing

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Report directly to the Category Manager, collaborating closely with the Brand Buying team.

  • Analyse customer data to recommend sourcing strategies that align with our global brand vision.

  • Identify new opportunities to enhance our product offerings and set Boots apart from competitors.

  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices.

  • Contribute to high-profile projects that shape our product range and customer experience.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Experience in sourcing, buying, or supplier management within FMCG or a related field.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • A collaborative spirit and a friendly personality that thrives in a team environment.

  • A passion for health and beauty products and a desire to make a difference for our customers.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in data analysis to support decision-making.

  • A proactive approach to identifying market trends and opportunities.
