The Boots Family Fun Day

The Boots family fun day held on 9 July 2017 was a roaring success this year with over 1200 people attending the event.

The sun was shining and the day was packed full of activities in the main arena from children’s games and races, a dance troupe, a police dog show and a birds of prey show. There were also fairground rides and activities to entertain the children.

We had live music entertaining the crowds throughout the day and the usual success of our tombola, raffle and D6 Staff shop. Several local companies also attended the event.

Profits from the event are donated to both the Boots Benevolent Fund and BBC Children In Need.
