Our Beauty Crew are the heart of our Boots Beauty experience. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Beauty Education team, leading the development of the Beauty Crew as a Beauty Service and Education Partner.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a Shopfloor Master, spending 4 days per week in-store (80% of time on the shopfloor) delivering impactful and engaging training, sessions, leadership and feedback to drive store KPIs.
- Use your confidence, energy, impact and influence to drive your stores' performance through their improved sales and customer service technique
- Build strong relationships with store teams and leaders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment on goals.
- Champion premium beauty experiences across the region, engaging leaders with performance insights and growth opportunities.
- Identify region-wide opportunities and deliver centralized learning initiatives.
- Take ownership of personal development, sharing trends and skills to inspire others.
What you'll need to have
- Passion for developing others to deliver brilliant service and sales
- Experience in presenting in small – large group in person and virtually.
- Previous retail or beauty experience
- High degree of impact and influence
- Good Stakeholder Management
- Flexibility to travel across the UK focusing on Central England
It would be great if you also have:
- Make up application experience.
- Experience in teaching or educational background
- Have worked with a beauty brand before.
- Able to maintain a positive mindset, prioritize, with strong planning and co-ordination skills.
