Overview:
Sitting within the Advantage Card team, you’ll be responsible for the Parenting Club end to end proposition and delivery. You’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver customer communications whilst driving commercial results. It’s an exciting and innovative role that requires a customer focused mind-set and a thirst to try new things.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and develop the Parenting Club customer proposition, to drive strong continued results and customer sign ups
Support and deliver the marketing plan for Parenting Club, including events, app offers and content, email and third party marketing
· Full time member of the baby squad – representing the team in all meetings, delivering and supporting on all proactive and reactive activations
· Manage multi-channel (Email, App, Events, in store, social) campaigns to provide a best in class propositions for our customers
· Review and assess commercial/customer impact and define opportunities
What you’ll need to have:
· You will have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in both digital and printed communications.
· A creative individual with a customer-first way of thinking
· You will need to be an excellent relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders
· You will possess strong communication skills and have an analytical mind-set.
· You will happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
