You will work in store, on your own beauty counter located within our beauty hall. You will report to the Assistant Manager and a L’Oreal Paris Area Manager.
Your role will involve:
- Actively engage and approach customers on the shop floor to introduce them to L'Oreal Paris make up products
- Use insights to develop a counter specific plan to deliver the commercial plan
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to maximise on shelf availabilit
- Use the brand strategy on counter to implement all launches and merchandising following brand guidelines
- Build strong relationships with the wider store team
- Keep up to date with the latest social trends, L'Oreal Paris make up products and tips and techniques for application to inspire your customers
- Accurately record and create reports

- Worked within a retail or beauty environment
