Overview of the role
Working as part of a workflow team to manage the production of creative digital assets on boots.com. The role supports the Production Lead in ensuring on time delivery of a wide range of projects from brief through to completion.
Your responsibilities
- Assessing briefs to ensure information is complete
- Scheduling tasks to the team
- Tracking and reporting on project status
- A range of production related tasks to support the smooth running of the team
Our ideal candidate
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, remaining calm under pressure
- Adept with MS tools especially Excel
- Happy to dive into new technology, a self starter
- High attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
