About the role

This is an important role, working across the full Digital Experience team. You will be gate-keeper for all BAU briefs raised by a diverse range of partners, ensuring they meet our requirements before planning them into the team’s workload for successful delivery onto boots.com.

Your responsibilities

  • Pre-flighting briefs to ensure information is complete

  • Collaboration with partner

  • Manage Production Teams workload, assigning tasks and projects with the most efficient use of resource

  • Manage our workflow tool (Wrike)

  • Status management of briefs in flight, escalating risks and opportunities

  • Forward planning and estimating

Our ideal candidate

  • Industry experience in Traffic Management and/or Project Management

  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, remaining calm under pressure

  • Adept with MS tools especially Excel

  • High attention to detail and an ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment

  • Continuous improvement mindset
