Overview:

Are you looking to join a team of media experts, in one of the UK’s best-known high-street retailers, with one of the UK’s largest 1st Party datasets? Are you passionate about the ever-evolving media industry and want to be part of a team driving that change?

We’re looking for a Media Manager to join the Omni-Media and Partnership team, who will be responsible for delivering best in class partnerships and media activations across our 3-core business units, Beauty, Healthcare and GM. The role reports into the Head of Omni-Media and Partnerships and works closely alongside the Strategy and Planning Team, with both teams reporting into the Omni-Media Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of the Boots partnership campaigns, ensuring they are founded in customer insights, meet business objectives and deliver short, medium and long term result back to the business.

• Working closely with partnership and media agencies to manage end to end process, from briefing to feedback to implementation to review.

• Working with analytics teams to measure and report on campaign & channel performance; ensuring KPIs are in place for all activities.

• Working closely with the creative and content teams to ensure that partnership assets are within the Boots BVI and align with the broader campaign(s).

• Driving meaningful innovation within partnerships, to identifying new ways to reach customers within the media owners ecosystem. Understanding the importance and implementing data partnerships to further increase scalability and measurement.

• Understanding of the role that Boots retail media can play when working on new and existing partnerships and how to activate this in the right way for our customers.

• Managing budget allocation and reconciliation across channels to ensure every penny is spent responsibly and ensuring that the investment will deliver real strategic impact.

What you’ll need to have:

• Strong expertise across media partnerships and broader media planning; strong knowledge of ATL channels as well as social/digital channels

• Media planning experience client or agency side, at a similar level, working on retail and/or consumer businesses

• History in successfully delivering effective integrated communication plans with proven results (ideally gained on retail brands)

• Experience of managing media and/or partnership agencies and working in close collaboration with creative and content teams.

• Curious mindset that will dig into challenges as they come up and identify new opportunities for the business

• Ability to drive measurable performance for the business. Analytical and structured.
