Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to help develop and evolve the UK’s most loved retail loyalty scheme, the Boots Advantage Card. You’ll be part of our development team, creating, testing and refining key changes to the Advantage Card, and delivering improvements to the cardholder experience.
Launched more than 25 years ago, Boots Advantage Card is one of the most successful and rewarding loyalty programmes in the UK.
Part of our customer marketing team and reporting into the Development and Strategy Manager, Advantage Card, this role will work with cross-functional teams to identify, create and ensure the successful customer launch of new propositions and improvements to the Advantage Card and our clubs, and contribute to the future direction of our scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
• You’ll contribute to the development of our future customer loyalty propositions, working with external partners and cross functional stakeholders across marketing, trading, operations, digital and our IT development teams
• You’ll review and learn from competitor loyalty schemes to shape our plans, and champion and share competitor insights in the loyalty team
• You’ll bring thinking and creativity to creating, championing and launching new propositions, ensuring successful customer rollout and business adoption. Leading delivery of customer launches, tests and campaigns, and working with our customer marketing team and other cross functional teams to embed new capabilities in our ways of working
• You’ll optimise and evaluate results and optimise performance against key KPIs across all projects
• You’ll manage development budgets and processes
What you’ll need to have:
• Able to think differently and explore new ways to improve customer experiences and overcome challenges
• Excellent relationship builder and ability to present ideas and solutions to internal stakeholders and external agency partners
• Commercially and financially aware
• Experience delivering marketing programmes, or managing and delivering projects
• Ideally, you’ll have either a strong marketing background with experience of targeted and/or digital marketing, or experience in an analytical or commercial role, or in product or project management and delivery.
• Solid grounding in using data to make customer focussed and commercial decisions.
