About the role:
We are looking for an individual with 2+ years brand management experience to be part of our incredible UK & ROI brand team. As Assistant Brand Manager on the UK’s No1 Skincare brand you will be accountable for the planning and execution of plans which both fuel short and long-term brand and revenue growth. You'll work with cross functional teams and our retail partner to build exceptional plans that are flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will support the Brand Manager and be a brand guardian for the UK/ROI market, ensuring plans support long term equity growth of the brand and short-term revenue growth.
• Help support category and product led activation strategy development and execution to create world class consumer engagement in all aspects of local brand activity including paid media, loyalty, ecommerce, stores, beauty advisors, influencers & PR.
• Paid media experience would be ideal. You will work closely with our media agencies and be in creation and evaluation of media strategy, planning, execution, media optimisation and measurement.
• Bring your industry experience and new ideas to create brave yet effective activation plans.
• Passionate about consumers and able to bring the voice of our consumer into all decisions.
• Able to respond to market changes and performance challenges at pace.
• Support the Brand Manager in the development of UK annual brand plans and other strategic initiatives.
• Build exceptional relationships with all stakeholders including agencies, global brand teams and cross functional teams.
• Be a passionate and empathetic team member, able to effectively lead and delegate to others.
• Be passionate about driving effective and efficient activations, able to help with the measurement and evaluation of all activity, including econometrics.
What you’ll need to have:
• Proven experience within brand marketing.
• Ideally a track record in delivering results through brand and product launches using the full marketing mix including paid, owned and earned
• Commercial Acumen, understanding business fundamentals and how to build plans to deliver of commercial goals.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
• Excellent relationship management across network of brands and stakeholders (internal and external), and agency partners
