About the role

The Global Regulatory Assistant provides crucial support to the regulatory team in bringing products to all our Global Markets:

Documentation approval: Ensure all documentations are submitted on our regulatory portals and maintain information on the relevant systems.

Process & Governance: Track all activities and documentation submissions ensuring traceability and clear reporting.

Communication facilitation: Review and maintain the team’s email inboxes, facilitating regulatory portals updates and artwork release, delivering on time and prioritised activities.

Budget facilitation: Creates and facilitates purchase orders for the Product Integrity department, working with the leadership team. Ensuring clear budget governance, on time delivery of costs and review of the process to lead efficiency.

What you’ll need to have

• At least 1 year experience working in an administrative role, preferably technical

• Experience managing and prioritising a varied workload

• Adopt a pragmatic, logical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent IT skill and management of office tools in particular Excel, word, powerpoint.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability

• Ability to work well on own and as part of a team

This role requires the successful candidate to complete a Pre-employment check after receiving an offer. Depending on your location you will be asked to submit either a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service), PVG (Protection of Vulnerable groups) or an Access NI Check.
