Overview:

Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan and managing the delivery of reactive communications. y

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation, ownership and delivery of the CRM plan and incentives.
• Working as a member of the wider marketing team to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need.
• Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.
• Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI result.
• Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.

What you'll need to have:

• A background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM digital and printed communications.
• Be a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set.
• Have excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills.
• Be flexible, happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
