Due to business growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an optometrist to join our busy freestanding Norwich Castle Street store located in the heart of the city.

Here we have a loyal customer base and a highly trained supportive team that work really well together focusing on patient safety and care and we have 2 testing rooms.

We have a team of 10 with 2 resident Optometrists and 2 Dispensing Opticians so there is always support if needed.

Store hours are;
09.00-17.30 Monday - Saturday
10.30-16.30 Sunday

Transport
Parking is available in the many multistory carparks with the nearest being the multistory, only 5 minutes away. Bus station is only a 10 minute walk and so is the train station.

About the role

As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.
  • Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
  • Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community

What you’ll need to have
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body
  • Passion for patient care
